You know.... I know this sounds petty.... but I was raised in an Era of free samples, and when I pay more than market price for an item, I like to feel special. If you would have included a small sample of another scent, I would have given 5 stars, but since this is another company just money grabbing, I'm gonna rate you accordingly. The soap is okay. Honestly, the scent has come to sicken me...and I have 4 bars of it. I won't be ordering again and since I was extended no sample of another scent... I'll just toss what I have and call it a loss.

This was the worst experience we ever had with Mistral. Although we love the products, this time, everything that could go wrong went wrong. It took almost 3 weeks for their order to ship and arrive with their "free" shipping. The order was for a birthday gift... well it did not show up. The entire package was miss delivered. Had to wait another 5 days to make a claim and in the end to receive only partial refund. Tried to reached out to CS and received only excuses. It seems that this insurance charge to the order automatically by Mistral is a scam as they do not refund the entire amount charged. Extremely disappointed and will tell others about this awful experience.

I am still awaiting my refund for the product. I repackaged the diffusers in the original box and put on the label Mistral sent me. I did not open the pkg the scent was too strong for me. I have sent it back and have USPS slip stating the product was returned to the company.
I have heard nothing back from the company and have not received the refund or confirmation from Mistral that they have the product back. If you need the USPS slip I can send a copy. Thank you, Joanne Neuffer

Liked being able to sample the different fragrances. Like many others, I feel it would be value added if a spray capability was added to the vials. This ensures a consistency of application and is easier to handle than presently. Even if the price was increased I would pay it for the convenience.

I am very disappointed with my shipment and customer service which followed. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume. One of them did not have a full bottle of perfume in it and when you smell the area that you spray out of you can clearly smell that it was used. I called once and was told to send an email No answer sent another no answer. The customer service representative told me that it must have happened in France because the bottles are packaged there. Never once accepting responsibility or offering me a refund. I will not be ordering from you again

Nice soap, good mellow scent. Requires a lot of product to cover the body and has very little lather. Kind of a dead soap without suds. Recommend purchase if not wanting lather. I will probably look for more lather in future soap purchases and won't consider Mistral unless they develop a lathering soap.
