- Unfortunately opened/used bottles are perfume are unable to be returned. Each bottle of perfume is sold with a tester to try before opening. PERFUME SAMPLES and DISCOVERY SET are FINAL SALE.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the reason for your return.
- Determine which return outcome you’d like.
- Securely pack item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 30 days to your nearest USPS location.
Please note that original shipping fees and ROUTE fees are non-refundable
Any items purchased thru our wholesale partners should be returned to the original point of purchase.
Items purchased thru Amazon, should follow the Amazon return process.
