The incorrect kind of soap I ordered arrived (milk vs almond milk) so I had to return it and wait to receive the correct kind. It was a hassle because the voicemail I left was not responded to within 48 hours as stated in the voicemail stated to me. I had to call again and then still there was no response! So, I called again and chose an alternate extension (wholesale instead of internet sales) and she promptly sent the correct kind of soap, 10 bars.

The soap smells lovely. However, the texture is too rough. It is an exfoliating texture, which can be nice, but it is too rough. This soap would be great with out the exfoliating part.
